This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how AstraClick handles subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for our HRMS and Invoicing suite. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Billing

AstraClick operates on a subscription model. All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing may vary depending on user count, features, and selected plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AstraClick subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Your account will remain active until the billing period expires.
  • No additional charges will apply after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

AstraClick follows a strict no-refund policy for subscription fees unless local laws require otherwise.

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services.
  • No refunds for renewal payments made before cancellation.
  • No refunds for failure to use the platform after purchase.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional situations involving:

  • Duplicate or accidental billing
  • Technical issues preventing platform access (verified by our support team)
  • Incorrect plan charges caused by a system error

5. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. A reminder email may be sent prior to renewal depending on your selected plan.

6. Account Deactivation

  • Cancelled accounts remain active until the cycle ends.
  • Data export options are available before deactivation.
  • AstraClick may retain anonymized records for compliance and reporting.

7. Data Retention After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your data will be stored securely for a limited period before removal:

  • HR & employee data: up to 90 days
  • Invoices & financial data: up to 180 days (for compliance)
  • All other app data: up to 90 days

You may request data deletion earlier by contacting support.
