AstraClick operates on a subscription model. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

AstraClick follows strict data protection standards including GDPR compliance, encrypted servers, and secure cloud hosting. Your personal and business data is not sold or shared except with essential service providers bound by confidentiality.

All platform code, UI design, branding, and features belong exclusively to AstraClick. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

AstraClick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request voluntary account termination at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

AstraClick is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
